2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

For the purpose of performing contracts or assignments concluded with customers and partners, PREVOST HUNGÁRIA Kft. processes the following personal data: name, telephone number, e-mail address and signature, and, at the customer's request, the name of the vehicle driver, vehicle registration number, place and date of birth, and the number of an identification document suitable for personal identification.

For the purpose of performing contracts or assignments concluded with sole proprietors, PREVOST HUNGÁRIA Kft. processes the following business data: name, registered office, tax number, registration number, bank account number and signature.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• Maintaining contact with customers and partners
• Performance of the contract/assignment

• Carrying out administrative tasks

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract with the customer or partner.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controller processes personal data during the term of the contract/assignment and thereafter for the period prescribed by the applicable laws (8 years), or for the period necessary to enforce any legal claims.

6. PERSONS HAVING ACCESS TO THE DATA

Personal data may be accessed only by the Data Controller and by persons assisting the Data Controller in performing its tasks who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where required by law.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Customers and partners are entitled to:

• request information on the processing of their personal data,
• request access to the data processed,
• request the rectification of such data,
• request the erasure of such data or the restriction of their processing,
• object to the processing (in the cases specified by law),
